Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before shipment (Only delivery in India):

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on care@polokart.com or call us on +91 8349 39 7355. (mention time to call)

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

Cancellation post shipment (Only delivery in India):

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team on care@polokart.com.

  • In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
  • Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 24-48 business hours. We have to mention here about wear and tear charges, shipping charges, return expenses, etc.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

PAYMENT REFUND TIME:

  • Payment received from Payment gateway company then the payment refund process will take 7 to 10 days or as per Payment Gateway company Refund policy.
  • Payment Received via Cash on Delivery then payment refund will 5 to 7 days.
